Some expectations going into @Blast_L2 TGE:

- HAVE TO find a way to incentivize memecoins and more trading. The opp cost of moving out of eth/weth/usdb is high and there is no motivation to trade.

- The jackpot was an interesting idea, but that led to it being a dump fest as soon as anything won the jackpot

- NFTs are dead af right now (aside from a few outliers)... What can Blast / Pacman do to increase innovation in that arena?

- NFT finance / Hybrid DeFi has continued to be dead af. Little interest, but huge potential if teams figure it out. @wasabi_protocol are one of the teams that are pushing the 404 AND NFTFi narrative and it wasn't till the last distribution that they were actually rewarded a decent gold stimmy. Look forward to seeing what @blastin_pepes can do.

- Cross-chain potential is there. Eth NFTs on Blast, NFT perps for ETH and Ordinals via @nftperp... Expecting a double down for more cross-chain action on Blast

- TXs, TVL, and volume have consistently grown. Traction is here and will continue to grow. They have captured the attention across the TL for months and will continue to scale with a presumed second season of Blast farming.

Huge week, but IF they knock this drop out the park we are in for a huge season two. I've been doubling down on my Blast positions and expect the winners (@fantasy_top_, @pacmoon_, @playcambria, @wasabi_protocol, etc) to keep winning.

I want to highlight how ridiculous it is that @DistrictOneIO nerfed the memelabs gold rewards for today THIRTY MINUTES before the rewards are to drop by 75%.

The timing was hyper predatory. ~$850k was invested across all memecoins in memelabs today (5% of which are fees that go directly to @DistrictOneIO pockets) under the expectation that 141k gold would be distributed as laid out by DistrictOneIO and they rugged it 30 minutes before it gets distributed (there's a countdown timer on the site and everything).

The full gold reward absolutely need to be reinstated for today and might as well just shut down the memelabs competition for tomorrow.
