In the demo we run a simple USDC to ETH swap to show the flow, but that's not really what OTC is for. OTC shines on the assets AMMs handle badly: low-liquidity, low-volume, high-price-impact tokens, think new launches on @bankrbot and similar, where a normal swap would eat heavy slippage.

Berry OTC lets two parties settle those trades peer-to-peer at an agreed price, no slippage, no thin pool to fight. Trust-minimized escrow, atomic settlement.
