Enjoying trying out the #qinteractive online iPad assessments. Worked with a student last week who was completing puzzles that made my head/eyes hurt π΅βπ« Love using #cognitiveassessments to demonstrate a childβs strengths and skills. Anyone else able to balance these weights? π§π§

Enjoyed facilitating a staff workshop yday on 'understanding #behaviour' at a specialist #SEMH school. I always find the #icebergmodel a powerful tool to help think beyond observable behaviours & make sense of what might be going on 'underneath the surface'.

I love facilitating 1-1 & group #staffsupervision. Ending supervision with a round of words helps staff reflect on their experience of the session & provides closure from our discussions. These are yday's closing words π

When we have been through difficult times we can be so immersed in survival we forget to look up and see the immense personal growth which has taken place. This week take time to reflect on the progress you have made- use this as fuel to fire belief in yourself! #mentalhealth
