@parcelforce They won't collect from your door! I gave clear instructions to collect from my open porch, which they completely ignored. It is also impossible to speak to an agent about this-all of my calls receive an automated response.

Why did you hang up on me TWICE when I called with a query????

@HMRCcustomers No back pay or holiday pay and the payment wasn't put into my bank account. I left in August, no salary September, October, November then a random payment in December. I wanted someone from HMRC to check the form online for me but they hung up twice.
