The hospital staff testified they would not allow her to sign a DNR because she was not of sound mind. Go watch the testimony.

@GwenSauce Also, doesn’t surprise me if she kept old rx. With how unstable the prescribing was, you don’t know if you will be put back on a combination that includes any of the prior dosages. It’s all about finding the right mix for the person.

@GwenSauce She was prescribed meds for a total of 4 months. So where do you come up with “stopped taking Seroquel for months before the murders”? McClean started weaning her off. Jollatta gave her rx on Dec 19, 21 and 22. Have you ever taken this stuff? It’s horrible!

@reneetampa @TheCarolErskine The only way she isn’t found guilty is if there’s a hung jury. (I don’t believe a true NG will be considered) Not criminally responsible is still guilty. It just means she goes to a mental hospital instead of jail as her punishment.
