‼️ Quirkies 1 Year Anniversary

A breakdown of the project & WHY you should get involved 🔥🔥🔥

We’ll start with how good the project has gotten at world building & story telling with the additions of @jessebryan & @fintechjunkie to the advisory board.

What we know so far…

🛹 Quirkies - main inhabitants - simple civilians, celebrating their quirks, hobbies & each highlighted by their skills 💯

🦸🏻‍♂️🦸🏻‍♀️ Quirklings - heroes sent to save day, some of them will be sent to battle & wont make its 🥹

🪐 18 planets in the Quirkieverse (OG Background card claim). A lot of story building can be done with such a huge galaxy of planets w/ diff features on each one. This was really well done by the Quirk team & I suggest you go to Quirkmasters collection and sift through all the planets. Such a dope framework to build on 💯

🛸 UFO/SpaceShips to travel between planets (Quirklings background card claim) again @Finch_O_N_E (Quirkies artist) puts his work on display & wow… this dude never misses 💯💯

🦑 Squids… we know that squids are evil & have polluted the world w/ their goo… but what could the goo represent… is this the next Quirkie PFP collection or is there more to it 👀

Ok Papii that’s cute and all but what’s next & where does it lead ⁉️

Personally I believe the only real means to an end w/ PFP NFTs is a Metaverse play, a successful revenue generating game, nostalgia (PUNKS) or a turn key story/world/character base being scooped up by a huge company like Disney, Netflix, Pureflix, Amazon, Paramount etc

I get it, “people want to make money” and yes that’s exactly why owning IP is important… you own your Quirkie art, every collection. That’s powerful as these worlds get build out remember.

Quirkies also has a full 24/7/365 apparel store coming w/ stuff anyone in the world can buy as they build out the skate surf & streetwear brand. But also the team didn’t wanna neglect holders so they are implementing special discount/pieces just for holders in the store (token gated access for holders & alpha set holders)

Then there’s the intro of the digital trading card game. Think Pokémon meets Hearthstone meets Magic the Gathering using the Quirks IP. Very powerful considering the size of the world that’s being built and all the characters/traits. This may seem corny to some people, but that’s just a bias if you haven’t really sat down to understand what’s being built. In its entirety QuirkMasters is a genius plan that benefits Quirkies brand & ecosystem so much.

QuirkMasters first two claims were background cards that introduced planets and spaceships/UFOs like I mentioned before. For each QM drop each holder gets 2 cards per trait… that gives the holder the ability to hold 2, sell two or to sell one… optional collectors item or profit center for strictly holding. The next round of cards will come through the introduction of staking which should start very soon.

He also has a very reputable gaming studio working on creating the game & it’s being funded by the treasury thus far which is a great sign of the projects health financially as building the game is not cheap 😂🙌🏻

Between the streetwear action sports apparel, world building, staking, future collections, QuirkMasters, IRL events, community & amazing art…
