ALERT❗️ Global Sumud Flotilla has been attacked 7 times in a short span! Boats hit with sound bombs, explosive flares, and sprayed with suspected chemicals. Radios jammed, calls for help blocked. Immediate international attention AND PROTECTION required
Explosions, unidentified drones and communications jamming. We are witnessing these psychological operations firsthand, right now, but we will not be intimidated. The lengths to which Israel and its allies will go to prolong the horrors of starvation and Genocide in Gaza are sickening. But our resolve is stronger than ever. These tactics will not deter us from our mission to deliver aid to Gaza and break the illegal siege. Every attempt to intimidate us only strengthens our commitment. We will not be silenced. We will continue to sail.
We are currently operating in international waters on a humanitarian mission.
Dozens of drones have been observed in the area. Two sailing vessels were targeted by a drone, but we can confirm that everyone is safe and no one has been injured.
At this moment, we are experiencing a communications jam, which may affect our ability to coordinate and respond.

Over the past few hours, more than 15 drones have hovered above the Alma boat at low altitudes, appearing roughly every 10 minutes.
Global Sumud Flotilla believe these drones are intended to intimidate, potentially gathering intelligence for Israel.
Breaking the Siege of Gaza (ICBSG) released a statement condemning Israel’s escalated campaign to criminalize the Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF), which attempts to portray the civilian-led humanitarian mission as a “security threat.”
The statement confirmed that the over 500 volunteers, delivering aid guided by principles of peace and nonviolence, sail within Gaza’s sovereign waters to provide assistance. ICBSG called on the international community to act, defend humanitarian efforts, and end the genocide in Gaza.
Spain pledges protection for Sumud Global Flotilla, warns Israel against attacks

Spain’s Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares has reaffirmed Madrid’s full diplomatic and consular protection for participants in the Sumud Global Flotilla, dismissing threats from the Israeli government.
Albares stressed the peaceful and humanitarian nature of the initiative, warning that Spain “will react to any act that violates their freedom of movement, their freedom of expression, and international law.”
His remarks came after Spain led a joint statement signed by 16 countries — including Turkiye, Brazil, Indonesia, Ireland, South Africa, and Qatar — urging respect for the flotilla’s humanitarian mission and warning against illegal attacks or detentions in international waters.
Madrid has kept close contact with the vessels since their departure from Barcelona and intervened after reports of a drone strike in Tunisian waters, instructing its ambassador in Tunis to investigate.
“Spain will provide and is providing all consular and diplomatic protection to our nationals participating in this flotilla,” Albares said, adding that Madrid is “closely monitoring the situation to ensure they have all possible protection.”
