Mexico has the same pressures as Canada, yet they increased exports to the US by 6.6% while Canada's fell 5.6%. But they have always been more compliant with USMCA, averaging 85% compliance while Canada went up to 53% compliant in 2025 ( the "85% of our goods covered by USMCA" lie)

The EU countries have higher oil prices and actual shortages. NG is almost 2x Canada's and electricity is 3-4x Canada's. They have more direct impacts from the "uncertainty".

So why is Canada the one in recession?
