@SouthwestAir I am a 25 year SWA flyer. A-list or preferred for as long as I can recall. The new system is really bad for me. No longer qualifying for B1 in a pinch. Late boarding groups. Middle seats. How can we provide feedback? What about us?

How is @Chase sapphire expanding when their travel service is so bad? You can't reserve airline seats when redeeming points - you can only request. Hotel bookings are generic through Expedia. This is not good for travelers.
