Dear Architects!
What Architecture or construction related business can you do with N5,000,000 that can give you at least 50% ROI in a year???
Let’s meet in the comments section.

@instablog9ja It's simple, Many uneducated ladies don't
have education but have sense, while many
educated Ladies have education but don't
have sense. They have so much pride with
their education, It's so unfortunate.
Marriage doesn't have anything to do with
education; Tolerance is the key.
@Dedioses_ Thank you for your revert.
Probably, You did not missed the context of my comment; You can’t prioritize your clients wants at the detriment of your profession. As much as you want to engage your clients, make sure you don’t impose your tastes and preferences on your client.
@ajisafeolumuyi2 Many Architects assume their designs as their house, The design is not yours, Listen to clients and create a design that suits them by prioritizing your clients wants.
Thank you BARON ARCHITECTURE.
@ajisafeolumuyi2 Well done To Arc. Ifeoma, You’ve done justice to your submissions. It’s really nice listening to you, Thank you
Dear caveman; This is the second time I’m listening to you speak and I must say you are always on point, I hope to have an engagement with you soon or in future.
@ajisafeolumuyi2 Dear Speaker!
I understand that you are bitter about bad practices in designs
At thesame time you have be polite instead of been Rude and harsh about it.
Again; Instead of ranting you can take a lead to solve the problems you see
However; I like your submissions.
Thank You
@Dedioses_ Architectural space should just not be about “ranting”. You’ve stated a problem, What is your own contribution to make it better.
I see the poster been intentional about learning while you are intentional about ranting instead of Providing solutions.
@EmyUmoden forgetting that Architecture is a Continuous leaning.
2. Many in the comments section needs to also learn from all of this; Someone outside Nigeria Just Re-Teach us how criticism is supposed to be made not shouting problems up & down but don’t knowing how to solve it
Thank you
@EmyUmoden First of it takes courage for you to post you plans online for criticism, this shows you are ever ready to learn.
1. It’s really funny how many have lost it, I see many ranting and Saying Nonsense instead of making constructive criticism…
My shout out to all the struggling Architects!
I know you are tired because you have tried severally yet things are still thesame.
On this day I pray for you, Starting tomorrow your story shall turn to glory!
Happy world Architecture Day.
