The National Bank of #Rwanda and the Central bank of Kenya have signed an MoU to develop a License Passporting Framework for Payment Service Providers, enabling licensed PSPs to operate across both countries through mutual recognition of licenses, reducing duplicative regulation and advancing regional payment system integration under the @jumuiya cross-border payments agenda.
