From what I can tell, the purple cape has been in the game files for at least 4–5 months

The helmets and B0-1 armors have been in the game since launch; some of them are simply incomplete or have weird materials in-game

The rest of the armors seem to be scrapped variants of existing armours

Another thing that I find interesting is that the yellow, green, and blue capes all share the same type of name and description.
Like Prosperous Green, Democratic Blue, etc

You’re stupid + nigger slur, whites consume the most simply because they’re the highest population group. Blacks per capita still consume more cannabis, albeit only slightly more. These statistics are fairly equal across both legal and illegal states.

Now in Australia, if you’re curious, indigenous people have the highest rates for the same reason, so there’s still a pattern to be noticed somewhere along the line.
