I’m tendering my apology to this young lady. We treated her in very bad way, not knowing that our constitution wasn’t very clear on forgery ( According to the supreme court ). And I think all well meaning Nigerians should equally apologize to her. I’d like to advise her parents to appeal the judgement against her and also have jamb lift the ban on her. If Tinubu is allowed to be president, then she has to be allowed to write jamb next year.

Let’s call the Supreme Court what it is: an openly corrupt institution whose members are destroying its reputation because they simply do not care how the broader public sees them. They are in fact so blind to their own corruption that they don’t even recognize it when they’ve reached the point of parody. They should run a public rating and see what the public thinks of them.

Corruption in the court system is a serious issue that undermines the integrity and fairness of the judicial process. The supreme court in Nigeria is so corrupt that it made corruption legal. It is so corrupt that it ruled that corruption is the way democracy is supposed to operate. They don’t believe in the law or any particular judicial philosophy, no matter what they tell us or themselves.

What they do believe in is a set of policy outcomes that a huge network of judicial bankrollers desire. So their only real loyalty is to their bankrollers, not to the Constitution or the law or any particular set of jurisprudential principles. And when their only real loyalty is to their bankrollers, and not the law or principles or tradition, then anything goes—both judicially and ethically.

I’m not calling any of the judges corrupt in the law as it is currently interpreted. That’s because they, themselves, have changed what can be charged as a crime so that it moves further and further from the kind of transgressions they and their class are likely to do. The court system is so corrupt that they can’t see corruption when it’s in their mirror.

They rejected the outcome of a legal court process, where the institution whose certificate Tinubu submitted to inec swore under oath that they didn’t give that certificate to him, yet our so called court of public policy didn’t see a need for him to explain publicly where he got that certificate from. They had the guts to render the outcome of a judicial process inadmissible, as if it was just mere hearsay😂.

There was a reason Tinubu released the 35 billion naira palliatives for the judiciary on time. It was a legal bribe, disguised as palliatives to deceive gullible Nigerians. He bribed the two institutions he needed the most and disguised the bribe as palliatives. The judiciary and legislative got their palliatives long ago while the citizens are still looking up to God for the 25k.

Today, I’m formally redefining the main reason we are in a mess, I’ve learned that our problem was never the executive or legislative, but that the judiciary was and is our fundamental problem. I was also quite gullible to believe that our main problem was the 1999 constitution, I now realize that even if the best constitution is formulated and handed over to this same judicial system, they’ll make a mockery of it over and over again.
