Learning the letters is such an abstract skill for our youngest students. Just introduce them using their name and they run with it. Also add some letter sound signs paired with the letter and all of sudden they are making connections. ⁦@JOSECARDENASECC⁩ ⁦@EISDofSA⁩

Caught our ECSE student with a book. Listen to her read but also look at all the other book skills. She points to each word, she turns the page at the end of the sentence, and names the picture on each page. ⁦@JOSECARDENASECC⁩ ⁦@EISDofSA⁩

The ECSE classes ⁦@EISDofSA⁩ include role models for our ECSE students. The little girl to the left is one of those role models. She models seeing beyond the differences and limitations, in doing so she is helping a peer ID her colors. ⁦⁦@JOSECARDENASECC⁩
