My point is: Crypto is extremely manipulated and unreliable source of income if you want an honest income. Hence, move to something better.

I would suggest people to rather invest in sustainable and stable businesses. Especially if you are a muslim and only trade in Spot. Learn better skills and don’t waste your time in crypto, as per my own experience.

This Crypto Crash is bigger than that of May 2021, certainly for Altcoins. We have seen a gradual but prolonged bearish season and ALTS have been affected the worst.
For instance, look at $DENT
ALTS will take ages to recover. 5-10% pumps won't help.
