@SydneyHopeB Fab cake ! In answer to your question, You can buy Perspex disks the sit on top and below the cake, when you pull a tall scraper round the sides it keeps it even, have you ever tried those? Always remember that bespoke handmade items cannot be perfect, it’s part of their charm.
