@UbisoftSupport Can I have an update on this ? It keeps happening. The error code I’m recovering is: 4-0xFFF0BE2C

I’ve now got an hour ban because of a connection error where I cannot connect back?

@UbisoftSupport I was in the middle of a ranked game on siege and got a connection error, tried to rejoin 5 times, didn’t work; restarted game (even tried booting with DX11 instead of 12), didn’t work and now I’ve got a 24 hour ban (as this is the 3rd time this week)

@UbisoftSupport It just says ‘connection error’ any time I try and rejoin. I had the same disconnect issues last season but it would let me load back in after a few tries. But this season no matter how many times I try to reload into the game, it still doesn’t work
