Adam Carolla: "How do you spend $24B on homelessness and not have any results? It sounds mathematically impossible. It's like saying, 'I did 24 billion on home renovations and improvements' and then you walk in and say, 'It's the same sh*tty burnt orange tile from the 70s...'"

NEW: The man confronted and detained by hikers for allegedly starting a wildfire in Los Angeles, CA has been identified as Andrew Ocalliham (43).
Hikers say he ignited a fire Sunday along LA’s popular Runyon Canyon trail. They detained him for more than an hour before authorities arrived and arrested him.
According to online records, Ocalliham is from Santa Monica, CA and has been arrested more than 15 times since July 2020. Including for charges like robbery, vandalism, theft, and possession of controlled substances.
A spokesperson from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office tells me, “[Occalliham] was charged today with one count of PC 451 (c), arson of forest land, a felony.”
