Cabinet of the Millenium: Thanks to the #UnionCabinet led by PM Shri @narendramodi ji for approving the viability gap funding worth ₹8,500 crore in coal gasification projects. Moreover, 2 Coal-to-Chemical products have also been approved, which will proceed through JVs between CIL, GAIL and BHEL. These projects will be completed by 2028-29, and will pave the way towards import substitution.

With augmentation of domestic coal gasification, dependency on imports of crude and natural gas-based products mainly methanol, ammonia, ammonium nitrate, olefins etc. can be substituted by products derived from syngas.

केंद्र सरकार के आज के प्रयासों से देश के पावर हाउस के रूप में छत्तीसगढ़ की ताकत बढ़ती जा रही है। इनसे कोलफील्ड्स से पावर प्लांट तक कोयला लाने की लागत भी कम होगी और समय भी बचेगा।
कम कीमत पर ज्यादा से ज्यादा बिजली बनाने के लिए सरकार पिट हेड थर्मल पावर प्लांट्स भी बना रही है। आने वाले समय में ऐसे प्रोजेक्ट्स की संख्या और भी बढ़ेगी, जिसका लाभ छत्तीसगढ़ जैसे राज्यों को सबसे ज्यादा मिलेगा।

हमें देश की ऊर्जा जरूरतों को भी पूरा करना है और अपने पर्यावरण की भी चिंता करनी है। इसी सोच के साथ सूरजपुर जिले में बंद पड़ी कोयला खदान को ईको टूरिज्म के रूप में विकसित किया गया है।
कोरबा जिले में भी इसी प्रकार के ईको पार्क को विकसित करने का काम किया जा रहा है।
आज खदानों से निकले पानी से हजारों लोगों को सिंचाई और पीने के पानी की सुविधा दी जा रही है: PM श्री @narendramodi जी।

CCL DONATES AMBULANCES TO CHATRA DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION

Coal India subsidiary, CCL donated six ambulances to the Chatra District Administration in Jharkhand. These ambulances will be deployed in community health centres for rapid response to patients and accident victims.

#TeamCCL achieves an all-time high performance for May.

CCL surpassed all records for May, with 6.3 MT of coal production, 7.1 MT dispatch and 10.4 McuM of OB removal, setting a new high for the month.
