And then when you asked a very good question: “Who changed the design and alignment of Busega-Mpigi Xpressway?” I believed you indeed had read the above documents. You asked because you wanted them to prove your instincts. Mr President, they won’t. Well, this is too much kerere.

The reason I’m here Mr. President is to inform you that the ‘Ministry of Works’ Engineer Muleme never crossed to the Ministry after UNRA merger. No.

He is now a Senior Manager at Uganda Free Zones and Export Promotion Authority (UFZEPA) where he heads the Department for Special Economic Zones Operations and Compliance🙆🏾

I thought I should inform you such that you edit the interdiction and it crosses over to UFZEPA. Awo wabi!? Then you should also question them on why they didn’t give you this info before hand.
