End of year update: For the past couple weeks I've been floating around 290 lbs, roughly 10 lbs away from my highschool football weight. Crazy to think I can get below 300 again and so close to where I was 10 years ago.
End of year update: For the past couple weeks I've been floating around 290 lbs, roughly 10 lbs away from my highschool football weight. Crazy to think I can get below 300 again and so close to where I was 10 years ago.
I forgot what I weighed at this point and didn't really keep good track of how much I lost since this post, but I'm below 300 lbs for the first time in 8 years. Lost 6 pounds over 3 weeks and was able to keep it off.

Life got pretty busy for a while and didn't hit the gym for a bit, but I'm down 6 pounds from my last post. Probably muscle mass, but I still lost weight so... Progress? Lol
