Of course, we are not losing this war. But we are losing people. Because of the Russian attacks, we're losing people and time. It's such a pity, because our children don't have a real life and childhood. Not only children, but all people. That's why we need to end this war as quickly as possible. I hope that our partners, Americans and Europeans, will help us. God bless, our strong soldiers stay strong on the battlefield. It helps me stay strong during any kind of negotiations.
IMPORTANT‼️: Zelenskyy stated that there are Starlink speed limitations in Ukraine but not in the EU, and that this is a planned operation ‼️
Zelenskyy to journalists (full statement translated): Regarding the work of Starlink on the territory of Ukraine: whether everything has recovered, whether there are speed limitations, I am explaining what is happening.
Starlink is very important for us, for communications on the territory of our state, at the front, and for civilians. We use Starlink for drones, so that there is a possibility to deliver food and water to our guys at combat positions. And this is very important, where a soldier or this or that equipment cannot pass, where there is isolation thanks to the enemy's control by drones, and this opportunity simply does not exist today.
Second: we use some of our interceptor drones with Starlinks in order to intercept fast enemy Shaheds with jet engines. Undoubtedly, and thank God, thanks to our air defense, our engineers, and partner means as well, we use not only interceptor drones against Shaheds, but also aviation, missiles, other air defense systems, and so on. But again, to intercept a high-speed jet Shahed drone and other jet drones, today our interceptors do not work because there is a speed limitation ‼️
What is the speed limitation of Starlinks today? Today the maximum speed is 160-161 km/h, after which, I saw it from reports, and heard, after this it cuts out, Starlink switches off completely and we lose the drone. That is, the speed is insufficient, and well, we lose the drone.
What did we do? In order to understand whether these are really technical problems in the SpaceX company, or if this is some operation or agreement to limit us, to disconnect us, take away our ability to defend ourselves, to protect our people, both at the front and civilians.
We sent a couple of cars to the territory of European Union countries with Starlinks, and they drove at a speed, where it is allowed, at a speed of 180 km/h plus, and Starlink works. We have corresponding fixations, there are proofs.
The conclusion is as follows: limitations are in effect, limitations are in effect on the territory of Ukraine, and limitations are not in effect on the territory of the EU countries. That is, this is a planned operation. Thank you.
BIG | 🇺🇦🇪🇺‼️ Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Europe has reached a level of unity around Ukraine not seen in years, emphasizing that Kyiv remains the top priority for European leaders despite growing political and security challenges.
Speaking at the EU summit, Zelensky explained that the meeting’s agenda had been adjusted to accommodate discussions on a multi-year financial package that also takes Ukraine’s interests into account. Additional time was consequently devoted to bilateral meetings and joint consultations on Ukraine. He also highlighted renewed engagement with Hungary and strong relations with Poland, expressing gratitude to EU leadership and member-state leaders for their solidarity and continued support.
🔥 The renewed emphasis on European unity comes at a crucial moment for Ukraine’s long-term security and financial stability. Improved relations with Hungary could help ease political disagreements within the EU, while close cooperation with Poland remains important for regional security. Sustaining this unity through concrete financial commitments and defense assistance will be essential as Ukraine continues resisting Russia’s invasion.

**BREAKING NEWS: TRUMP BLAMES VANCE AND MUSK FOR THE STARLINK CRISIS. UKRAINE MAY HAVE WEATHERED THE STORM. 🇺🇦🇺🇸**
According to unverified reports of discussions inside the White House, Donald Trump has accused JD Vance and Elon Musk of giving him “stupid advice” that led to restrictions on Starlink services supporting Ukraine's military.
Trump reportedly made it clear that he has no intention of ordering further restrictions. He allegedly warned that if Democrats establish a congressional investigation into who ordered the slowdown, Musk and Vance will have to answer for their actions. Trump himself reportedly intends to avoid taking responsibility.
**SECOND: AMERICAN INTELLIGENCE SUPPORT FOR UKRAINE.**
Following discussions with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Trump reportedly agreed not to suspend intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
According to these accounts, any future restrictions would affect only intelligence used for Ukrainian strikes deep inside Russia. Ukraine's missile early-warning system would continue operating at its previous level.
Ratcliffe reportedly warned Trump that NATO allies and millions of Americans would never forgive Washington for leaving Ukrainian civilians defenseless against Russian missile attacks.
**THIRD: RUBIO'S NEGOTIATIONS WITH GERMANY.**
Rubio reportedly assured German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul that the United States would continue fulfilling its commitments under the PURL initiative, which finances American weapons for Ukraine.
He allegedly expressed support for a proposal involving Patriot interceptor missiles in exchange for a 100-day suspension of Ukrainian strikes against Russian oil refineries.
However, Rubio reportedly rejected the possibility of restoring unrestricted Starlink access for Ukrainian operations over Russian territory in exchange for the same concession.
Discussions about potential postwar American-Russian economic cooperation, including the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, reportedly remain preliminary, with no binding agreements reached.
**MY ASSESSMENT: THE CRISIS BETWEEN UKRAINE AND THE UNITED STATES MAY BE EASING.**
Several factors could explain a potential change in Washington's approach.
First, Trump's confrontational rhetoric toward Ukraine has created tensions with European allies and divisions within his own administration.
Second, rising oil prices and expensive gasoline are putting additional economic pressure on American households.
Third, the reported diesel agreement between Trump and Putin has yet to produce the promised results. According to these accounts, Russia has not delivered any diesel fuel to the United States, while American companies are postponing potential contracts until after the congressional elections.
Fourth, Trump's advisers reportedly understand that repeatedly attacking Zelenskyy could further damage relations with European governments and complicate Washington's foreign policy.
**THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION IS WHAT UKRAINE ACTUALLY RETAINS.**
If these reports are accurate, Ukraine will continue receiving essential American intelligence, missile warnings, and weapons through PURL. Starlink restrictions will not be expanded, while European governments are preparing additional military, financial, and energy assistance.
That would represent a significant stabilization of relations after a dangerous confrontation.
But there is an important distinction between reported private conversations and confirmed government decisions. The claims about Trump's statements, proposed agreements, and internal intelligence assessments still require independent verification.
Ukraine cannot build its security on political promises alone. It needs weapons, intelligence, functioning air defenses, reliable allies, and the ability to defend itself.
Our task remains unchanged: support Ukraine, support its Armed Forces, and prepare for every possible development.
🚨 EXTREMELY IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ AND SHARE THIS.
Something extremely important is happening right now on the world stage, and I don’t believe nearly enough people understand just how big this story really is.
Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are pushing European leaders to release billions in frozen Russian assets and place them under American financial control.
But my friends, this is about much more than frozen Russian money. Much more than Ukraine. And much more than what is being reported in the headlines.
We are talking about Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, American investors, oil and gas pipelines, and people inside Donald Trump’s closest circle.
I have been warning about these connections since Trump returned to the White House. And what my sources are telling me is that this did not happen overnight.
I put together a detailed investigation and a chart connecting the people, the money, the reported deals, and the timeline so you can see for yourself how these relationships intersect.
We are witnessing the early stages of something much bigger: a potential effort to bring Russia back into the global financial system, with billions of dollars at stake.
And what I am hearing suggests there is much more to come.
I’m asking every one of you to take a few minutes to read this investigation, study the chart, and SPREAD IT FAR AND WIDE.
Restack it. Share it. Send it to your friends and family. Help get this information outside our echo chambers.
Because understanding what is happening behind closed doors is essential to holding those in power accountable.

The truth matters. The receipts matter. And this is just the beginning
Trump squandered years' worth of U.S. munitions stockpiles on his ill-prepared and bungled war with Iran—achieving nothing, other than setting the entire region ablaze and leaving the world without oil.

Overnight, the Russians used 39 ballistic missiles and more than 120 attack drones and loitering munitions against our energy and critical infrastructure in Kyiv, the Kyiv region, and Kharkiv. A targeted Russian ballistic missile strike specifically against energy infrastructure – the very infrastructure covered by the ceasefire announced by the American President. The strike was entirely deliberate and demonstrative in its scale – Russia has never before shown such ostentatious disrespect toward the United States. Russia does not consider the American President’s statements strong. Unfortunately, at least 600,000 people are now without power. Outages could become even more widespread. Unfortunately, there is significant damage to facilities and equipment – at 26 facilities of our power system and four facilities in the oil and gas sector. I am grateful to the repair crews, all Ukrainian energy workers, and the personnel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for all their efforts to address the aftermath of this Russian strike. Tragically, there have been fatalities and injuries.
We ask America and EVERYONE in the world who does not turn a blind eye to reality to respond – and to respond forcefully. Russia has squandered the opportunity for de-escalation and has clearly chosen to continue its insane war of annihilation. We ask President Trump to impose STRONG sanctions on Russia, especially since the Lindsey Graham bill, which was recently passed and signed into law, authorizes and regulates such measures. The American President has all the effective and necessary tools to bring peace closer through strength, justice, and pressure on the aggressor. We ask for additional packages of Patriot missile interceptors for Ukraine. It is entirely fair for us to tell the United States, Europe, and all our partners that no country in the world should be left alone to face such a deranged and pro-war actor as Russia. I am grateful to everyone who helps Ukraine! Peace can only come through strength, and we ask America to remember this principle of Reagan’s. Glory to Ukraine!
⚡️ EU ambassadors wave through largest-ever list of Russia sanctions.
The list targets a wide range of defense industry players, from shipyards and aviation companies to electronics manufacturers, armored vehicle repair facilities, and aerospace companies.

I took part in the Helsinki Security Forum together with the Presidents of Finland and Moldova – Alexander Stubb and Maia Sandu. Thank you for the invitation. It is important that Ukraine is represented at this forum, because the Russian threat is not just about Ukraine, but about the security of all of Europe. And we are ready to share our experience and how to defend ourselves.
I spoke about the priority areas for strengthening security. In the face of any threats, we strengthen both the EU and NATO. Today, our data centers, mobile communications, logistics, and railways are being attacked. This is hybrid warfare. The sea is being blocked. All of these are challenges. And although I would not wish this experience on anyone, Ukraine has it because of the war. Above all, this is why we need ongoing dialogue at different levels – to become stronger together.
There are 15 members of the UN Security Council. 14 support, in some way or another, an immediate ceasefire. Including four permanent members.
Only one state blocks an end to hostilities. And it is the aggressor itself.
Russia vetoes not just a ceasefire. Russia vetoes peace. Putin could have ended this war long ago. But he chooses daily escalation.
This war has to stop. Ukraine wants to end it now — not later. We are ready for a full, unconditional ceasefire. Ready for ceasefires on energy and food. Ready to stop right now, right here.
We were not the ones who started it. We were invaded. We keep on fighting — defending our home.
We must stop this war now. Before Putin enters your home. He is already at the entrance.
This is not a Ukrainian war. Not even a European one. It is a global threat. Preventing the worst scenario depends on everyone in this room, and beyond it.
From my address to the UN Security Council meeting on September 23, 2026.
Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski at the UN Security Council:
🗣 "To the representatives of the Russian Federation, I have this to say: You have been trying to conquer Donbas for over twelve years and Kyiv for over four. You have been stopped by heroic Ukraine, a country with one-tenth of Russia's GDP. But Poland has almost half of your GDP. Europe has 10 times your GDP. NATO has 25 times your GDP. You can still kill a lot of people, but you cannot win. You can stop this imperial war of choice at any time. Don't endanger Europe and the world any further. Stop destroying Russia's future. Sergey, I know you're listening. Tell your boss: 'enough is enough.' Thank you."
Today, we have already seen the second successful deployment of a new Ukrainian interceptor drone by the Security Service of Ukraine. SSU military counterintelligence personnel successfully struck a Russian Geran-5 jet-powered drone.
I thank the SSU warriors for their precision. Glory to Ukraine!
🇺🇦🤜🇷🇺Billions in damage. Key refineries in flames. Air defenses dismantled.
In just one week (Sept 13–19), Ukrainian deep strikes systematically gutted Russia’s war machine:
🔥 4 major oil refineries hit up to 1,200 km deep.
🎯 3 aircraft & 3 helicopters obliterated on airfield.
💥 S-400 radar system destroyed.
⚡ Enemy drone bases burned out in Kursk, Donetsk & Millerovo .
Dismantling the material base of aggression to force peace on fair terms. 🇺🇦💪
President Donald Trump Has Threatened War Against Allies, Undermined Courts, and Menaced the Independence of the Federal Reserve. The United States Is in Free Fall.
"This is how complex systems collapse. Not from a single failure, but when multiple stabilizing institutions are pressured at the same time. The president has threatened allies, undermined courts, pressured the Federal Reserve, destabilized markets, and eroded trust at home and abroad—simultaneously. In such systems, failure does not require everything to break. One critical stabilizer giving way is enough. And the most dangerous signal is that none are now treated as off-limits."

🇵🇱 Marking 87 years since the Soviet invasion of Poland, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk delivers not just a powerful history lesson, but a warning to Russia:
“In 1939, we had allies only on paper. We were left alone. Today, we are in NATO and the European Union.
We are building one of the strongest armies in Europe.
We are not looking for war. But if anyone dares to attack us, they will face a firm response: from us and from our allies.”
