@ChelsElaina I see your point. I think it’s shifting. I’ve been appointed 5 times by the last two Michigan governora and I only have a bachelors of science. I also agree, a lot depends on your goals. What I have found more powerful than anything is the power of networking.

@ChelsElaina Experience, leadership, adaptability, and execution often matter more than another credential. Most business skills can be learned without spending so much on a degree. The market is saturated with MBA’s but employers are finding real world experience matters more. I agree.
