@Saillte@JestSidloskiYQR Yes, but the US has quotas just like Canada and exorbitant tariffs if exceeded - so there’s that. Can’t blame the US for protecting their industry no differently than Canada.
@MelissaLMRogers Carney has never mentioned or directed 🇨🇦 not to travel to the US.
Most of us have decided on our own that we will not travel to the US at this time and keep Cdn$ in 🇨🇦. Personal choice & simply do it I as love this country. Proud to have him representing us on the world stage.
@Bennett_F7 Not sure hosting is a competition. Canada is showing itself well in both cities. We have a wonderful country from Coast to Coast. Proud of both host cities- I am guessing the author at the Sun compares which of their children are better compared to the other.
Go 🇨🇦 Go!!
@Colleen6288@MadelnCanada Candians coming together- as we should. But someone wants to insert politics 🤦♂️.
Just enjoy this as a 🇨🇦.
Political choices are just philosophical.
This is something we can all get behind regardless of you prefer politically.
Go🇨🇦Go. ❤️🇨🇦❤️
@TalkeyHockey There is irony having Sundin as your pic, he also played out his contract and did not agree to a trade that would have given the Leafs value knowing he was not re-signing.
@TalkeyHockey Then be upset with management they signed the contract. It was Marner’s choice, he owed you nothing.
We lost a great player, so called fans and media contributed to the loss with management never being able to build the right mix for success.
@sportsrage There have been some great match ups all throughout the playoffs. Carolina / Vegas would be the best final we could ask for in terms of hockey at this point. Anyone who is a hockey fan will be watching.
@OilersJohn Been watching the entire playoffs as much as possible, with Marner making it to the finals have a Team to cheer for and will be watching. Great to see his success as much as I am disappointed we let him get away.
@spittinchiclets@BizNasty2point0 Awesome for him- well deserved. We lost a great player, gives me something and a team to cheer for with the Leafs out.
