@jdcchap02@who28621@ESPNCleveland@TheSteinLine He’s decent, not good. We could add a wing defender who makes an impact and can knock down shots at a good rate, not average 0–1 threes a night. If we keep Wade, he needs to be the third wing off the bench, not playing big minutes when he can’t shoot a paper ball into a trash can
@n7Trippy@noribsnorice1 Competing? That ain’t good enough. The goal every season is to win the Super Bowl. They have 2 first round picks and can easily trade up if they want to go that direction. They’re competing for Cancun every season. Fall in love with first-round picks the draft recently been deep
@n7Trippy@noribsnorice1 Ask yourself this: Are the Browns in contention? Then ask yourself: Has their recent drafting been good, first-round or not? They're building for the future, Myles wants to contend now. I feel they're still 2–3 seasons away from doing that consistently. BTW, they got Verse.
@n7Trippy@noribsnorice1 Myles was mentally checked. With the uncertainty at QB and the continued losing seasons, it was bound to happen. They traded him at his highest value to help build for the future. It sucks, but it was going to happen eventually. We just have to hope the future is good.
@greenie_2308@Fan3NFL@MoreForYou_CLE It’s possible if we trade up, which would probably require Jarrett being traded for a top 8–10 pick and hoping he falls. But there are three other guards there I like. As for Giannis, it would require a lot of picks and at most two players being traded.
@greenie_2308@Fan3NFL@MoreForYou_CLE I’ve been pushing to keep Mobley he’s been showing the ability to knock down 3s this whole run. Acuff, Mitchell, Bron, Giannis, Mobley. Watch Acuff’s highlights if you haven’t seen him play great scorer and can also playmake.
@greenie_2308@Fan3NFL@MoreForYou_CLE It’s hard to play against a team that’s playing their best basketball when it matters. The Cavs have been inconsistent all season and still made the ECF. If they make the right moves this summer, maybe they make it back to the ECF, and we’ll see from there.
@greenie_2308@Fan3NFL@MoreForYou_CLE First, Harden disappears in the playoffs like he’s on vacation. Second, when Kenny is putting Dean in the starting lineup, it’s laughable. The team needs good/great wing defenders who can knock down shots but also get their own buckets instead of relying on spot-up shots and cuts
@bynumempire1@dillybar2145__ He’s so good. I think Cleveland would be the perfect situation for him not too much on his plate, and he’d have great players around him: Acuff, Mitchell, Bron, Giannis, and Mobley.
@greenie_2308@Fan3NFL@MoreForYou_CLE Saying they didn’t deserve to make it out of the regular season is pure stupidity. The team just isn’t championship material. Just look down the lineup and see how we match up with the Knicks or possibly the Spurs/OKC if we would’ve moved on.
@greenie_2308@Fan3NFL@MoreForYou_CLE They are that good, and the Cavs are that bad. Also, they have players who contribute, while the Cavs can’t say the same. The team just isn’t defensively strong, and those offensive stretches where everyone is struggling don’t work against good teams. That’s why it’s 3-0.
@SpursAreHere@Discontinuewock@BViews23@opcx__@PolymarketHoops@flasportsbuzz It’s more to a team than just 2 players. Steph was unconscious that entire playoff run, Klay was still giving his team something, while the bench play from Jordan Poole kept that second unit going. Like I said, it’s Giannis, but even the greats need help it’s a team sport.
@SpursAreHere@BViews23@opcx__@PolymarketHoops@flasportsbuzz I believe Giannis would tell you himself that he’d like to go somewhere where the floor is spaced out, with an elite guard and good-to-great wing defenders. He could possibly put up an MVP season and maybe even average a triple-double for the season.
@SpursAreHere@BViews23@opcx__@PolymarketHoops@flasportsbuzz You don’t ignore the spacing that makes the game plan easier for the opponent. Even if Giannis is giving you 25+, the ideal situation is for him to play with a big who can space the floor while he also scores at the rim. He could fit in New York if the Knicks fall short this year
