@psongpin @Light_88_ Weezing-Galar is the only non legendary to get misty surge so there’s a chance Weezing gets added in by terrain affiliation even if the main reason to use Weezing is Neutralizing Gas.

@Ms_doot @Tech_Insan3 Tapu Koko can hold an item such as the life orb to boost its damage output and also had a secondary type in fairy, Raichu X will never be close to Tapu Koko’s level, Raichu X is better off a physical attacker as intended.

@FalafelVGC @Tech_Insan3 True, I get that for some people recoil seems like a hefty price to pay but in most situations I’d rather have a self destructing delete button rather than a Mon stick around long enough to miss a KO it would’ve gotten had it used it’s better offensive stat and a stronger move.

@ToxicWeave Raichu X is better given the utility Electric Terrain has, Raichu Y I just don’t see it as a real threat, feels like the kind of mega that noobs will try for a couple matches on the ladder, realize that it’s actually not that good and then go back to using Charizard Y again.

Maybe a hot take but I don’t think either Mega Raichu will be that good long term, but Raichu X at least seems like it has potential with more support capabilities and terrain control, no guard zap cannon is just not worth the mega slot given how frail Raichu Y is. #PokemonVGC

Decided to cancel my NAIC trip this year so my 2026 tournament season is over, I really need a long break and think about what went wrong and could I could do better, I am still proud of my accomplishments this season and I still had fun, but man what a brutal end.😔#PokemonVGC
