Last Friday night was the end of the season for the @BellevueComets.
BUT...
In their first round playoff loss, senior @KeenanKilburg had 16 catches, which put him at 103 receptions this season. That is the most catches in a single season in Iowa history!
And after a 100-catch season last year, Kilburg is the first player in @IHSAA history with back-to-back 100-catch seasons! Only 3 other players have ever reached triple-digit catches in a single year.
Bellevue is a bit of a hike, so we don't get out there much. But these are a couple highlights from the Comets' win over Alburnett in early October.
