@MattWalshBlog This take is absolutely ASININE! Much like "ban guns, guns kill people". Better idea, 1) Euthanize dog fighters & animal abusers 2) Seize assets from dog fighters & puppy mills, & move them to rescues that focus on rehabiliting abused dogs and getting them into loving homes.
