1. Write down and identify your top 5 time consuming habits.
2. Plan ways you could eliminate or trim down time spent on these things
3. List 5 positive habits you want to incorporate with your newfound time.
Beware of people that want you to pay them for giving you "hacks" to get you some results.
They are no better than the cheap marketers that are behind all the degenerative products & services that have degraded our culture.
But with enough practice, eventually it will become effortless for you to not indulge in vices/distractions when you are working or doing something productive.
You just need to be patient.
And this will have a ripple effect in your life.
