Does anyone use @RevolutApp? Why their service is so bad? I've registered few days ago and provided all my data, topped up as well. 10 min verification process?I am still not verified and no one replied me on the chat since few days!Is it a joke or I moved in time to 80'?#revolut

@ilMikeZanotti @RevolutApp They finally respond to me on in-app chat and verified my account. However how painful it was to get it done.. Hope the service will work better because I really like the idea of it. @ilMikeZanotti please let me know if you solved your case with them.

@ilMikeZanotti @RevolutApp I think if click on their name and you will go into their profile, there is an option to send a message.

@MattSaltmarsh @ilMikeZanotti @RevolutApp I think you can use RODO as an argument to request data removal. Since it's UK company they have to respect these regulations. If not, you can ask UE institution to do an intervention.

@ilMikeZanotti @RevolutApp What was the result? Have you finally solved your issue? I am worried that I provided my all sensitive data for them. Don't want to leave it like this. Every system can possibly face the security breach in the future. Therefore prefer to remove them if #revolut won't work for me.

@MaksMotyka Dzien dobry, widze ze korzysta Pan z @RevolutApp. Ja sie zarejestrowalem pare dni temu, doladowalem, dostarczylem wszystkie informacje. Weryfikacja miala trwac 10min. Trwa juz pare dni. Na czacie nikt mi nie odpowiada. Zero kontatku z nimi.. Czy doswiadczyl Pan tego?
