Been out for 2nd run today, can't believe how addictive it is😱 but feel awesome. Found this park gym near where I'm staying so though I'd have a wee play. Now sat here with a bag of frozen veg on my old knee.

So after completing my Run Leader training I needed to complete my Safeguarding certificate, which I'm happy to say is all complete. Just waiting for my LiRF License to appear in my hands... Now... Awe, gonna have to wait 😂

10 years ago! How time flies. That was when my journey really started changing course. I'd finished Uni and was now on my first Mindfulness Training Retreat. At that point I could hardly have imagined I would be where I am now.
