Anthropic engineer:
"You're not supposed to prompt Claude. You're supposed to build a system that prompts itself."
this is one of the best workflows I've seen in a long time
in this video he breaks down exactly how most people are using Claude:
- the 14% you lose to CLAUDE.md before typing a word
- the plugins that 95% of users have never installed
- the caching setup that keeps it at 95% hit rate and almost free
- why starting every chat from zero is the slowest way to use Claude
if you've been using Claude for more than a month and never left the chat window, you've been using one project when you could be running a team of them

I opined on the whole thing in a piece called Everything You Asked For, a chapter in my substack, Cut the Clutter. Check it here: https://t.co/uZFBUgDKhS
Early last month I sat in an auditorium in Bangalore and heard an idea I still can't shake: that in an
#AgenticFuture, advertising stops showing us anything new.
It was at @TheKenWeb’s event, The Great Unbundling.
And the slice that did create discovery was already fading, drowned in the thousands of ads we've trained ourselves to ignore, long before anyone said the word "agent." So agents don't kill discovery. They finish a job that clutter started.
We read case studies like scripture. We pull data that confirms what we already believe. We build campaigns on top of all of it.
First Break The Clutter piece is on the three biases running Indian marketing.

An influencer tells a CMO, that whatever the CMO earns in a month, the influencer earns in a day.
Never see a cinema star, or a cricketer or any other brand ambassador talk this way. 5 years down the line the CMO will be a CEO, the influencer will be staging a fake divorce to stay relevant.
You can gift MF units in demat form. But holding MF units in demat is bad.
Why? It's a broker prison. No transaction via MF Central/MFU/AMC site/other MFD (even via ARN change). Even shifting to your demat with another broker is hard.

A Mumbai CA has a crazy dream - a secondary market in life insurance policies in India. First, let's understand the problem. Many people surrender LIC policies before maturity. They get back less than the premiums they've paid.
Ketan Mehta wants to buy the policies, put them in a trust and sell PTC against them to investors. According to Mehta both policy holders and investors will get tax-free payouts (mechanism shown in the graphic).
LIC has been resisting him for a long time but after a 10 year legal battle culminating in the Supreme Court, Mehta believes that the decks have been cleared for this new market - that he proposes to set up. Read more about it here: https://t.co/heRwGb3RXP
Hazaro Khwaishe Aisi. @sashindnj writes how the bull market has affected lives - from a law student buying an Activa to a woman taking a break to have a baby, to a merchant navy officer contemplating moving back with his family, freed from the necessity of 6 months at sea. Middle class India is seeing a thousand small dreams come true and encountering prosperity it has never seen before.
