[THE PSYCHO RANGERS @RANGERHATRED]

JADE ANTOINETTE

A Ranger who's power originates from the side of evil, Astronema magically bound Jade to her and transformed her into the first in a new generation of Psycho Rangers.

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

She REALLY doesn't feel like the right person for him to talk about this too... Given she's the reason he had to be the new Red Ranger.

"I get that... But you're the Red Ranger now, Hakari. Not... Not him."

She'd sigh, eyes focused on the road ahead of them.

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“I know, I know, I need to do better… guess a part of me still feels like it isn’t my color.”

He braced himself and placed his hands on her sides ready for the sudden movement of the bike.

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"Really? After all this time? C'mon, man."

She teased, turning the key to start the ignition. Revving the engine a few times, as if telling him to prepare himself. After a few moments, she took off. Accelerating out of the garage.

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“I still don’t own enough red clothes if I’m being honest…”

He took a moment to think before answering the woman “seems like a good time to hit up the beach.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"You should."

Leg moving over the bike to properly sit on it, she pushed the kickstand up, using her legs to keep it up right.

"Where do you want to go?"

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“Of course you are, I should know better.”

He’d pull the helmet on and tighten the strap as he got settled in behind her.

“Ready when you are.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

Helmet-clad head now turning towards him, eyes looking over at him, she let out a laugh.

"No such luck. I'm all green, baby."

Her hand raised, flicking down the visor of her helmet.

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

He’d grab the helmet, his brow furrowing slightly “do you have a red one?”

The question was rhetorical and itself made him chuckle as he put it on and got on the bike behind Jade.

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"But Ninjas don't have... Ugh, forget it. There's a helmet over there."

She answered, nodding her head off to the side, gesturing towards a spare helmet. When he went for it, she'd put her own on. It was green, of course.

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“Um… I’ll be on my best behavior… ninja’s honor? Yes, ninja’s honor.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"That does not give me any confidence, Hakari."

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“I’ll be on my best behavior, scout’s honor… not that I was ever a Boy Scout.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"That is EXACTLY my point. I will let you ride with me, though. If you behave."

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“I do have the luck of someone who’s broken about a dozen mirrors so I can’t really blame you.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"Pfff— Seriously? You are not taking my bike for a ride. You can't go more than five minutes without getting yourself hurt! You are not spreading your bad luck to my baby."

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“We all have our biases.”

His smile only widened as he placed a hand on the bike.

“So when are you going to let me take this for a spin?”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

A smile of her own formed, now pulling her hand away from his.

"Careful. The others might think you have a favorite."

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

As their fists bumped together a wide smile appeared on his features “I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"Heh. Sometimes."

The Green Ranger remarked, hand extending outwards. Balling into a fist, and bumping the others fist.

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“Teamwork makes the dream work.”

He said nodding in return “always.”

He held out his fist towards the green ranger.

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"I know. Just like how I'll be there for you guys too."

Jade spoke, nodding her head once.

"We've got each others backs, right?"

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“When that happens we’ll be there to back you up.”

He gave her a thumbs up and a playful wink.

“Yeah… of course” though truthfully he felt like it was his fight and not Jade’s or the others’.

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"But they're still hers. It's only a matter of time before she comes for them."

Jade pointed out, shaking her head once again.

"If he shows up again, call me. The others. Anyone."

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“Yeah… I’m certainly not looking forward to seeing him again.”

His hand remained on her shoulder but eventually withdrew.

“…and yet you’ve made them your own.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

Her gaze lowered, hand raising to set upon the hand that rested on her shoulder.

"But she is around... With that Dark Ranger that attacked you."

Jade spoke, her hand lowering. Shaking her head.

"I have faith in myself. But my powers come from her."

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

He’d cross the room and close the distance between himself and Jade. Placing a hand on her shoulder “I think even if she was around you’d still be in control. You gotta have more faith in yourself.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"You should."

She stated bluntly, head turning to look away briefly. A sigh passing through her lips.

"Odius hasn't been around to get in my head again. And I have control of the Psycho powers."

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“You really have.”

He’d run a hand through his hair while letting out a soft sigh “I trust you more than you think, I don’t just sit around thinking you’re going to turn on us again.”

[Jade Antoinette. @GoGreenNinjaGo]

"You don't have to tell me twice. I've seen it first hand."

She'd remark in retort, a small smile offered along with her words.

"Usually when you visit, it's because something's wrong. Ranger stuff, usually. Checking in to make sure I'm not going to attack you all again?"

[Hakari Ito @GoldToRed]

“I don’t know the meaning of the word careful.”

He’d say with a soft chuckle before growing a bit more serious at her next question.

“Can’t I check in on one of my dear teammates?” Waving his hand through the air as if dismissing the question.
