Connecting with our community, one conversation at a time! 🚌🗣️

Our Community Engagement team visited Brandon Exchange on Monday to talk with shoppers and riders about HART service in the area.

We met Jose, who recently moved from Houston to South County and rides Route 31 a few times a week to shop and visit family. His favorite onboard features? The charging ports and Wi-Fi that help him stay connected along the way.

We also caught up with Operator Celis and enjoyed seeing the friendly connection between our operator and Route 31 customers.

Thanks to everyone who talked transit with us!

Way to go, Justin! 👏

[TECO Line Streetcar @TampaStreetcar]

👏 Congratulations to Justin Torres, Streetcar Facilities Maintenance Tech A, on receiving an On the Spot Award!

When a track switch malfunctioned on September 30, Justin stayed late and completed repairs through a torrential downpour, keeping streetcar service running safely without interruption.

Thank you, Justin, for going above and beyond for our riders, teammates, and the @TampaStreetcar! 🚋
