Caveat emptor! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is!
If those affected take the ticket with additional language that their current ticket will be honored at a later date, they will probably have to sign an NDA with some hold-harmless language. Their alternative is to buy the ticket of their dreams on the secondary market and then sue the Brewers, as that would actually show damages. It’s up to them.

I don’t understand people’s allegiance to ICE cars. They claim EVs need subsidies, yet in my state Tesla can’t deliver them—you still have to pick them up in a neighboring state. Though most Tesla purchases are now by conservatives, the state raised registration fees to recover gas tax revenue and added a per-kW charging sales tax higher per mile than the gas tax, in an effort to stick it to the left even though they now expect Elon to be their rich uncle keeping them elected.
