1 in 3 Australians are lonely.
It’s Loneliness Awareness Week & we are calling on all Australians to check in on a lonely mate, relative or community member.
If you’re lonely, there are 20,000 of us who care.

We just spotted this on our app and thought it was too good not to share.
Valentine’s Day or any day that this filled with the reminder of someone we’ve lost can be difficult for many.
Well done to Sam for lending an ear to those who may need it 👏

Kindly’s @markkindly sat down with Mitch McPherson, founder of @staychatTY.
Mark talks about his mental health journey, founding Kindly & the recent passing of his dad. It’s a raw chat but one that Mark hopes will help others.

Cofounder Mark rode 230kms in a day as part of the @bicycle_network’s Around The Bay In A Day event. In doing so he raised $7,000 for the @CancerCouncilOz. Mark says the ride was for his dad (who is terminally ill), his family and everyone who has been devastated by cancer.
If you’ve got the opportunity to make someone’s day, do it. Even the little gestures can leave a big impression. Don’t understand estimate the power of kindness. Don’t believe us? Try Kindly and find out for yourself ❤️

On a long ride and called into Poolish and Co in southern Tas. I saw this and got chatting with owner Chelsea (having never spoken to her before). I commended her on the initiative and eventually we found out that she’s on @GoKindlyAus! How cool.
Wonderful to meet @NewsteadToby and talk about formal and informal volunteering in Aus. With 20,000 users, hopefully @GoKindlyAus can work with @VolunteeringAus to strengthen volunteering in our country!
This is unreal. The generosity. I’m riding 210km next Sunday for my old man and all those devastated by cancer. Link in my bio or here if you’d like to donate: https://t.co/FkVscxKFgp

I just caught up with @ConnellShayne and @MarcJBryant from @LivingWorksAus to talk all things @GoKindlyAus and they’re two of the most genuine humans I’ve ever met. They’ve had our backs since day one. Always leave these chats feeling invigorated 💪🏻
Did you know there’s more than 20,000 users on Kindly? That’s pretty special! Give or get help in minutes with the Kindly app. Make your start here: https://t.co/rwuDot0epy
