I am getting error message "Kindly update your app to use GTT feature" while placing GTT orders.
Check the attached screenshots. I am on your latest app version 6.8.9 (18) on iOS 18.5.
I will have to close my HDFC Sky account if this issue is not resolved immediately.
@ThatBigT@TeamYouTube I've noted that this problem occurs only with YouTube Premium. If you logout of YouTube and play the video in guest mode, the problem resolves.
@TeamYouTube@ThatBigT I'm facing this exact issue on my Sony Android TV KD-55X74L. I've tried reinstalling the YouTube app, clearing the cache/data and even resetting the Sony TV. Tried on different networks and Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz). Still the issue persists. All other apps on the TV are running fine
@ThatBigT@TeamYouTube@YouTube I'm also facing this exact same problem on my Sony Android TV. The video starts at 4K (2060p), then freezes and automatically switches down to 480p. This problem occurs only on YouTube App and not on browser. All other apps on my TV are running fine. #youtubedown#youtubeproblem
