Stripe has released most of the funds due to creators. We are updating the website to offer final payouts for all users. Given our inability to work with Stripe and PayPal, payouts will be sent via Bitcoin. Another update coming shortly.
A few weeks ago, Stripe indefinitely disabled payouts for creators. Now, Stripe has terminated the MakerSupport account. We’ve taken a few days to attempt to resolve this with Stripe, but no progress has been made.
We believe that all creators, regardless of race, religion, political affiliation, etc. should be able to make a living by providing value to their fans.
MakerSupport's team apologizes for the pause in payouts. We are currently working through an issue with Stripe and we hope to have a final word within a week.
Stripe is conducting a routine review of the platform and has put a short hold on payouts. They assured us that once their review is complete, all payouts will be resumed. They told us that the review will be completed in the next 4-5 days.
We're sorry for the delays and for the lack of recent updates. If you have pending support requests, we'll be wrapping those up today and tomorrow. It's been a very busy time; we thank you all for your patience!
We recently made our first hire to manage social media and support requests. I'm focused full-time on writing code.
Working on offering an API to some of our startup friends soon, and we'll be developing an app in the summer. Anyways, back to coding now. Cheers all!

This is an exciting time at MakerSupport. We're working very hard behind the scenes to get the service in better shape than ever. Thank you all for your support!
@2_teikumi @Martin_Sellner We are definitely not leaking user’s email addresses. When you support a creator, they are able to see your username and email address for purposes of reward fulfillment, but that’s the extend of email visibility.
Now that payments are largely in order, we are directing more resources to monitoring for compliance with our terms. If you’re not a MAKER (creating something and putting it out in the world) then MakerSupport isn’t a platform for you.
