4. Financing: #greenloans, are identified and can be linked to #energyefficiency projects using the ESI model. This can result in competitive credit conditions to access financing.

3. Validation: the project and the guaranteed #energysavings are approved by an independent validation entity that will act as arbitrator in case of disagreement.
