41 days because it was one day longer than 40, in 2023. 63 days earlier this year. After 2 weeks it gets “easier” because the brain is then firing on all ketones, and there is a total clarity to everything all around.

Water fast plus magnesium, and simple electrolytes as well as vitamins. 5 total carbs from the fillers in them.
My one regret was not maintaining a physical regimen of weight training, because it makes you lose muscle especially in the glutes! Lol!
Inspired by you Amanda!!! You’re doing amazing things!!! 🔥 ♥️

Apple charts use an algorithm that weights percentage change in download/stream numbers, so going from zero to 500,000 could put you ahead of a show that went from 980,000 to 1,000,000. In other words it’s not a pure reflection of the show’s audience size the way, say, Nielsen ratings are. They do this to keep the charts from being the same shows in the same positions all the time (because why would you return to look at it again if it was?), and to make sure new stuff gets seen, which is good. The downside is, it leaves the public in the dark about shows’ audience sizes, and can create a false impression of a new show’s popularity. (This may not be all that important to the average listener, but it does affect things like media coverage and ad sales. For example, a show with a celebrity attached can jump up the charts, grab some valuable headlines and make a big sponsorship deal without necessarily having a solid base of listeners. Granted, famous hosts will get a lot of these advantages without an inflated chart position, but these numbers do get printed in articles and bandied about as if they are equivalent to real audience measurement.)”
