Great news is when new building is built, they will re-install Skid Row City Limit, Skid Row Map n "We, the People of Skid Row" murals.

...Even further, police budgets are WAY overbloated and it would be more efficient use of #TaxpayerFunding to #DefundThePolice to help cities run better....For instance, police don't need to focus on giving parking tix...especially when violent crime and murder rates are so high!

RESPONSE TO WILL SMITH:....Thank you #WillSmith for speaking on #DefundThePolice which keeps convo going, however, this is not about locating the perfect marketing slogan to win over the most people...Its about holding law enforcement officers accountable as in #QualifiedImmunity

...Further, those who respond w/ #PoliceReform rhetoric diluting overall convo as a way to prove their loyalty to police....When law enforcement wrongfully kills someone n that City settles with the family, its #TaxpayerFunding that compensates....No officers r held accountable.

@StoltzeFrankly @FilmThePoliceLA As a fellow outspoken community activist/LAPD watchdog, I myself have experienced "bully tactics" at the hands of @LAPDHQ .....For the record, I have filed over 200 complaints against LAPD officers in my 15+ years in Skid Row!....and counting!
