Great product, but service can improve. Recommend: Repair centers should be equipped with dynos to replicate high-speed vibration issues, & Tesla app should ensure appointments are scheduled only at locations equipped to perform the necessary repairs. #feedback

Shipped a package from UPS in Canton, GA off Riverstone Pkwy & needed to print 1 page. I thought the store rep was joking when he said $2.50 for 1-b/w 8.5x11 page. I said Staples charge $.30, he says I have printers & paper to pay for. Never print here again. #TheUPSStore

@Nike I commend your efforts on sustainability. I'm tired of receiving damage boxes/shoes because you do not properly package shipments. As a consumer, there are other options. Don't know if you truly listen to your customers, but there are sustainable ways to ship with care.
