It’s nothing new, i remember being told i was too expensive at £170 a few years ago as a client wa told you could get it done for around £70. I wonder what their sample rate was 😂😂

Absolutely no monitoring or quality control. It’s enabling competition for a 3 bedroom house to have an EICR done at a maximum of £90. And you know it will be lower with competition introduced. #SadTimes

Doing a range of testing at the moment and keep seeing this ring main protected by a 10Amp MCB, obviously this is design choice over 30 years old but can’t see the logic behind it.
