@johannabrown Equate masks to the cell phone battle. Don't get complacent, but in our community they are gathering outside school, so spread isn't something we have control over. Planning for in-person and remote is a logistical nightmare. May the odds be ever in your favor!

@MsPaigeWebster Overheard conversation in a restaurant. Students struggle with dialogue and this gives them an opportunity to practice before tackling in a short story. Working from pictures too. Ex: Randomly handout setting pics from magazines to work on description.
