The Production Assistants of Film & TV seem to have been forgotten in the overall conversations of the strikes.
We know first hand that none of our entertainment could be made without PAs.

An interesting read and a fresh perspective that seems long overdue.
Curious what the future of our industry looks like…hoping for the best.
Remember in 2021 when #iatse negotiated a 54 hour weekend turnaround?
Worth nothing that production assistants don't get turnarounds.
Be safe! Speak up if you're too tired to drive. It's supposed to be fun!

Do you all know of anything? @PayUpHollywood@tusctogether@LindsayD399
We'd love to get involved if there's anything in the works. Seems pretty unreal that our industry and all the affected crew are left alone without any help whatsoever.
Does anyone know of any petitions, initiatives, anything directed @GavinNewsom to help the over 45,000 people out of work due to the strikes and the massive hit to the economy?
Seems like it's beyond time someone outside of the industry steps in to help.
