@Pasha_shuba@CliffEmA11 Well, you're so edgy Pasha. Haven't seen a fed show in several years, pal.
and also; cool it with the slurs before nobody mourns you.
@DanCalcio@CliffEmA11 I was there before 2007, and I'm not wholly sure on that. I didn't talk about whether he was loved or not, but maybe that adds to my belief that he's overrated as a complete wrestler.
Appreciate your view, though!
@bloodmarkhenry@CliffEmA11 Not disputing that sure, and I'm sure that because I only caught Benoit's career (in the moment) near the end of his career, that it was timely appreciation too.
I've gave my thoughts on not considering him complete, and believing he's overrated now, in a few comments.
Nobody but three Twitter accounts with blue checks are saying this.
This would devastate me, so can y'all shut the fuck up with these types of post until someone noted says something.
@AntoineTatum2@CliffEmA11 I've seen a heck of a lot of his work.
As I've said in other comments, his technical ability was unquestionably great (albeit, I think his selling was awkward a lot), but he wasn't complete IMO. He lacked character work, storytelling ability, and promo work.
@Skygrinder2@CliffEmA11 Totally agree, and I've felt the same about Bret (although, I do think his mic work is better than someone like Benoit). Prefer Hennig too.
Always why people say they prefer Owen; he had the ability similar to Bret but had character work and such in the bag.
@Iamsharknado@CliffEmA11 Objectively, he's not. Nobody really is. Considering pro wrestling contains several different styles, and ingredients.
There are, what people would say, "complete wrestlers", and Benoit is not one of them, in my opinion.
