Me n my colleagues are facing so much issue related to our salaries for post 23 march 2020, Our company's management asked us to collect the systems from ofc

Stil we have no issue to work from home.. but our company should arrange all the needed facilities to us and we all are ready to work from home. Even if they will arrange cabs n permission to go to office premises so we are ready collect systems from ofc even.

But now organisation Gebbs Healthcare solutions denying to pay by stating that if we are not working from home we will not get paid. However company did not arranged any facilities to us for work from home. We need to arrange systems or internet connection by our own.

Previously our management committed us that we get our salaries for the quarantine period without any condition of work from home.And central government also communicated the same that each and every private employer should pay to all their employees full pay without deductions

Our office premises which in MindSpace Airoli already closed and sealed by the Mumbai police from 20yth March 2020. Because Corona positive patient found with in the premises. And after that local police not allowing to any one in MindSpace.Still they want we go n collect systems
