@muaddibstyle All the Fremen being totally manipulated except Chani and her friend really strains credulity. I understand why they did it thematically (since we can’t see internal dialogue in movie)- I just don’t think it makes logical sense for Chani to be immune from BG manipulation.

@muaddibstyle It is hard because the Bene Gesserit did such a good job with their manipulation. Chani is not special, there is no reason why she should have this additional knowledge, or why any of the Fremen should. It weakens the BG and hurts the internal logic of the story
