We still see him holding the zanpakuto after his flames dissapear. You haven't even proven that he can seal Zangetsu, why would we move on to ichigo's hand to hand combat?

Ichigo has a sword, but it is not a zanpakuto. It is a fake. A sham. He couldn't have gotten his zanpakuto from the quincy spirit.

He stopped flames from being expelled, the flames still existed, we see them burn yamamoto from the inside, so ryujin jaka was still in play

Nobody has ever sealed a zanpakuto in bleach. They have had their abilities stolen or sealed, but the sword itself was not sealed.
