Another day another flight delay. Thank you @AmericanAir not only do you have the worst online customer service now - this is the third flight in a row delayed. Lets keep the streak going!!!
@AmericanAir I am a passenger on AA1871 MIA to PHL
1. Flight to leave at 3pm
2. Mechanic called to repair caution light.
3. Plane sent to runway and caution light goes off.
4. Plane sent back to runway.
5. Plane deported and flight is closed.
6. It is now 5pm.
AA = waste time

@HRBlock Whoever has wrecked your technology should absolutely be fired. I have used HR Block for the past 8 years but now nothing works and you've removed basic functionality to easily file your taxes. Went from the best to total trash in 1 year. Congratulations!!!
@americanair - Your changing of your customer service in the app is deplorable. In addition removing my flight credits from my account so I can easily find them is just a waste of my time. TERRIBLE POLICIES
@XfinitySupport In addition, I verbally agreed to a new plan over the phone and was told I would receive an email with the new billing. I can't even log into my account. This is literally the worst customer service on planet earth
@XfinitySupport this is the worst company ever. I have called to confirm a new plan and keep getting wrong billing. Customer service agents have refused to escalate this and I haven't been able to log into my account because I am prompted to click accept on a plan I didn't agree
@jimmyjohns Your online ordering is messed up. I put an order for delivery and it came as a pick up order. Now I tried again and it keeps saying I have to pick it up even though I designated as a delivery what gives the store hasn't cancelled this order
